Franchising Code of Conduct update
Amendments to the Franchising Code become law on 1 March 2008 (provided the Trade Practices (Industry Codes - Franchising) Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 1) are not disallowed by the Senate).
The ACCC has issued a fact sheet (pdf).
