CSA Good Governance Guide on share trading policies

Chartered Secretaries Australia has published a new Good Governance Guide: Issues to consider when developing or reviewing the policy on trading in company securities. It addresses the issues for listed companies in relation to trading in company securities including the law on insider trading and the new rules on stock lending and directors' interests.
