AWB challenges Cole

AWB Limited has filed an application for  judicial review of Commissioner Cole's decision to allow publication of  a document which AWB says was submitted to the inquiry in error and that is protected by legal privilege. The hearing will be in the Federal Court in Melbourne on 12 April.

UPDATE: The hearing has been adjourned until 24 April.
