Jim Cooper and Richard Fuller, who were company secretaries at AWB companies, have both resigned.
An AWB spokesman has denied the executives had quit because of their evidence to the Cole inquiry.
As well as being company secretary, Mr Cooper was also AWB's senior legal counsel during the period under investigation by the inquiry.
Andrew Lindberg resigned as AWB CEO earlier this year .
UPDATE 21 April: The acting CEO Peter Polson has resigned. He remains a director.
