I've been working on long-term projects which have stopped me starting some new projects.
Should I start the new ones anyway? No. I agree with Johanna Rothman here: put your priority into finishing projects if you can before you start new ones.
Her list method makes sense and helps sort out what you need to do next to take that almost-finished project to the next step before you start something else.
If you are willing to buy a car, you would have to get the mortgage loans. Moreover, my sister always uses a secured loan, which is the most rapid.

Some time before, I did need to buy a car for my corporation but I didn't earn enough cash and couldn't purchase something. Thank heaven my friend suggested to take the personal loans at trustworthy bank. Hence, I did so and was satisfied with my bank loan.

I think that to receive the personal loans from banks you must present a good motivation. But, once I've received a sba loan, because I was willing to buy a car.
