Climate change: tipping point reached!

The publication of the report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (on top of the Stern Report and An Inconvenient Truth) has seemingly removed all arguments that there is no scientific basis for climate change theory.

The political argument in Australia has now firmly moved on to what to do about it.
