The under 25 age group has the highest number of deaths on the road. And the statistics , television news and anecdotal evidence have now created demand for new laws to protect our younger drivers.
We decided to send our daughter on a driver awareness course (at Mt Cotton Training Centre) and I went as observer: it was a day worth spending. I learnt much as an observer (including updating my knowledge of road rules). My daughter learnt a lot about her car and the skills she needs.
