We had been meaning to drop in to Maggie Blacks for a while and were delighted last night to find a gig had been arranged at short notice by Tyrone Noonan and Palimpsest.
A nice combination of jazz, funk and soul with even a bit of David Bowie by a 4 person group consisting of a great lead singer, drummer, double bass and electric guitar!

We saw the Grigoryan brothers play their guitars at the Powerhouse on Monday night.
With great acoustics, their guitars were crystal clear whether playing classical, Spanish, modern or ballads.
They were modest but obviously talented and entertaining.
