Michael Jacks is dying of motor neurone disease but has a passion for food. So he wrote a book My Life My Food containing the recipes he used as a chef and photos and stories about his family. He is encouraging people to achieve their passions.
UPDATE: MIchael passed away in December 2008.

I met with Leora Jacks on Monday for an interview. Wonderful woman. Michale's book is fantastic and I hope they reprint soon ... sold out. The DVD she gave me about Michael shows what a wonderful family man and a creative, passionate individual he was. Inspirational!

I love learning about all kinds of food and international dishes in the world and thus know the cultures and their different flavors
The important thing is to learn and killed as original .....
and I would learn everything I can from the cocktails and dishes from the kitchen high...
